Charlie established CB Nursing Updates in 1997 with just 3 nursing focused courses in the portfolio and a full-time nursing role. The re-launch of the company as Charles Bloe Training Limited pays tribute to the fact that there are now more than 100 courses and 75 tutors - meeting the needs of Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors and other healthcare staff. Charlie maintains his clinical expertise by practicing at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness.

Charlie spends most of his time teaching and travels UK-wide to deliver these courses. He is also the company CEO and therefore, has overall responsibility for the business.
