> Is on-site training more expensive? |

This depends on a number of factors; including number of delegates, venue, and number of courses booked. Anything from 10 to 30 members of staff can attend a course for a set price per day saving on travel and accomodation expenses. In addition, many clients choose to invite external delegates at a fee that can help cover the costs of training courses held at their site |

> What is the Performance Rating Guarantee? |

CBT have an exclusive ‘Performance Rating Guarantee' which gives added peace of mind to clients and offers an excellent quality assurance tool. Clients are expected to pay no fee unless more than 75% of delegates rate the course at 7 out of 10 or more.
