This program will review the risk factors and signs/symptoms of breast cancer. The available diagnostic techniques and surgical options are explored in an effort to assist physicians in the formulation of a plan of management.

ONLINE PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

At the completion of this online program, the participant should be able to:

>	Recognise presenting signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
>	Understand available diagnostic techniques.
>	Formulate a plan of management for women at high risk for breast cancer.
>	Be familiar with surgical treatment options for non-invasive and invasive breast cancer.

Dahlia M. Sataloff, M.D., F.A.C.S. is Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Sataloff specializes in the management of benign and malignant diseases of the breasts. She is well recognized in the field of breast surgery, having published on this subject and lectured extensively both locally and nationally. Dr. Sataloff is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and completed her residency in general surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital. She is board certified in general surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, The Society of Surgical Oncology, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group, among others.
