Emergency Contraception



The morning after pill can be used either as emergency contraception to prevent pregnancy after having unprotected sexual intercourse, or if a method of contraception has failed.

This short course will provide you with a brief overview of the treatment and is suitable for any non-specialist healthcare professional that deals with women requesting emergency contraception.
