Tailored clinical and mandatory training webinars, face to face and online training for nursing, care staff, home care and social care workers
We understand that the current ongoing pandemic is putting nursing / care homes and home care providers under huge amounts of pressure. Our aim is to help relieve some of that pressure and facilitate your staff’s health and social care learning and compliance during this challenging time.
We can provide tailored online training courses and packages on a full range of clinical, complex care and mandatory training subjects for your staff. Delivered by specialist nurses and using the best software available, your care staff will enjoy a meaningful, fully interactive and accredited eLearning experience, which crucially meets agreed learning outcomes.
Depending upon your individual requirements, these sessions can also be complemented with purpose made videos as well as competency assessments.
We also have a full range of online training courses for care staff

Extended roles for care staff during COVID19
We recognise that care assistant staff in your care homes may have to take on extended roles to ensure continuity of care, for example if District Nurses are unable to visit residents as often as normal.
We have worked closely with care home experts to design webinar training packages to allow your care staff to take on designated tasks such:
- Urine analysis
- Blood glucose testing
- Recording observations including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels, body temperature, respiration
- Wound care: changing grade 1 dressings / wound photography
- Medication and record keeping
- Food preparation and more
Follow up support
We can follow up the initial webinar with ‘skills clinics.’ These are the ideal time for care staff to ask our specialist nurses questions about their new role.
We can also provide competency frameworks for the workplace and if appropriate conduct remote competency assessments.
Online training packages are also available to support learning and compliance.
